Yoga in our yoga studio is divided into five different styles.
At Yoga Basics, you learn to master the fundamental yoga postures.
At Yoga Slow Flow, different yoga postures are performed at a slow pace.
At Yoga Strong Flow, the poses follow each other in rapid succession and are characterised by high intensity.
At Yoga Recharge, you renew your physical and mental battery! The focus is on physical and mental recovery and relaxation.

PILATES
This class focuses on promoting body control, coordination, flexibility and strength.
You work from the deep muscles where you not only get stronger, but also develop better posture at the same time!
BODYBALANCE
At BodyBalance, you can enjoy movements from yoga, tai chi and pilates.
You will do simple and safe yoga moves to make your whole body stronger and more flexible.
