GYM RULES

Actually, we're not big on rules. But to ensure that everyone's time here at Plaza Sportiva is enjoyable, we do have some gym rules:

Fitness/Studio’s

​

• Wear sports footwear worn exclusively indoors.

• It is mandatory to use a large towel while using the fitness and cardio machines.

• Leave fitness and cardio machines clean after use; please make use the paper dispensers and spray bottles with disinfectant.

• Smoking is not permitted.

• Food is not allowed in the fitness and group exercise rooms.

• It is not allowed to keep using your locker after closing time.

• Calling on the phone is not permitted in the gym area.

• Handle the belongings of Plaza Sportiva Euroborg with care.

 

Changing rooms/saunas/showers/pool

• Sauna use is only permitted from the age of 18.

• It is compulsory to wear bathing slippers at all times. Your safety is our concern.

• Please bring one large and one small bath towel to the sauna.

• It is forbidden to wear (swimming) clothes when using the sauna.

• Treat Plaza Sportiva Euroborg belongings with care.

• Mutual respectful behaviour is a must; body contact/ intimacies are not allowed.

• Plaza Sportiva Euroborg has the right to refuse access to individuals.

• It is not allowed to consume food and beverages you have brought with you.

• Shaving is not allowed under any circumstances.

• Use of a mobile phone or tablet is not permitted.
